  • Request; Drop-off, Collection or Post
    • Customer makes a request by filling online repair request form.
    • We will acknowledge and choose the best practise to collect or handover the faulty equipment.
    • We encourage customer to drop off in specific drop-off locations or arrange a collection time (We do this for distance customers).
    • Some occasions We asked to send the equipment via post, in such circumstances customer has to post the item in a proper and secure pack***.
    • Customer who brings their faulty equipment to our drop-off points or made a collection request, will get an order receipt which has a unique PIN or KEY.
    • We will email your order receipt sooner we received your equipment via POST*

  • Repair
    • We diagnose your equipment and start generating qoute for the repair
    • We advise our customer regarding repair costs and options if exists.
    • Once chosen the repair option and agreed out terms and conditions, we will start repair work and order necessary parts.
    • We also update the each stage of the repair in our website.
    • You may check your repair status online by entering your order ID and unique PIN/KEY.

  • Delivery/Collection
    • Sooner we complete repair, customer will be advised to collect the equipment.
    • We also do a delivery service and or post the equipment by paying a small delivery charge.
